Before a big dinner with El Loco Dentista, it’s important to open up the stomach with some nachos.

We ordered up some nachos with house made beer cheese sauce, queso fresco, refried black beans and roasted salsa rojo. I forget what protein we added on, but it’s that shredded stuff at the top.

For $8 bar nachos these were pretty good! Any effort in making a homemade queso is appreciated. I also think these were ready about two minutes after we ordered them. A nice kick off to Super Bowl season, which is also one of the high holidays in nachodom.
