For those FON’s who are vegan, or at least VB6 (look it up), you can try these vegan nachos that have coconut bacon (??!!) and some other alternatives.

These “Irish Nachos” are getting national press.

They’re cottage fries, topped with cheese, tomatoes and jalapenos, and described as “the perfect drunk food.”

If you’ve ever had a beer in Philadelphia, chances are you’ve drank at one of Fergie’s bars.

Nachojawn and friends were treated to these nachos by Fergie at a dads’ happy hour for Nachojawn Jr.’s school.

Fergie’s Deluxe Nachos feature corn chips topped with refried beans, jack & cheddar cheeses, pico de gallo, jalapeños, sour cream, shredded lettuce, guacamole and veggie chili.

I’m forgoing an official pickled jalapeños rating on these for fear that my rating could be tainted by the fact that the food was comped. If there is one thing that the Nachojawn brand stands for, it’s complete transparency and ethics in nacho journalism

I will say that my favorite food at one of Fergie’s places is the Kelly Burger with blackened green beans at Grace Tavern.
