Going through the Nachocam, I found these in the archive. The Nachojawns spent July 4th weekend this year out in Bedford Springs, Pennsylvania, and these are the closest to nachos that I could find out there.
These are housemade potato chips, topped with bleu cheese and basalmic drizzle. Also looks like some ranch on there. Pretty tasty, but real nachos are better. The chips, while homemade, weren’t hot, and I’m not a big fan of cold foods that seem like they should be hot.
