The Nachojawns had family taco night, and I had picked up a bag of chips from my favorite tortilleria, San Roman. I can’t say enough good things about San Roman. Please, please, try their tortillas or chips. They are a game changer.
Nachojawn Jr. whipped up some nachos with Daiya mozzarella shreds. Being dairy free doesn’t mean you have to be nacho-free.
I went with the seasoned ground beef, pico de gallo from San Roman, spicy pineapple salsa and guacamole from Whole Foods, salsa verde (spicy) from San Roman, and refried beans. They were dope.
