El Dentista Loco brought out the big guns for Super Bowl 50
Yes, those are Tortilleria San Roman chips providing the base for chicken tinga nachos. El Dentista let me know that there was cheddar and jack cheese, as well as a queso sauce based off the cheddar. Chicken tinga, black beans, cilantro, guacamole, pico de gallo, and salsa verde from Blue Corn.
First things first, these were good nachos. Excellent nachos, even. There were no nachos left before the game kicked off and we could have eaten more. I could have handled even a little more cheese and chicken – but those bites that had the salsa verde on them were as good as anything you’re paying for in a restaurant.
If cleaning teeth doesn’t work out, look for El Dentista Loco as a line cook on 9th Street.
