Fresh off her takedown of El Vez, guest poster DK comes to us straight with this review of Rosewood Tex Mex. Take it away, and I hope Santa brought you a better camera for Christmas.

For me, nachos are supposed to be a gooey mess with guacamole, salsa, sour cream, cheese, and protein du jour generously portioned out.  Starting out individually portioned out, atop tortilla chips, ending in a comingled delicious mess.

Like pizza, truffle oil and the like are not permitted.

Given my unsophisticated nacho palate, these are a winner.

Solid, simple, tasty – just what I would have expected from such an unassuming store front.
