El Jefe de Nachos is back with this review of the kettle chip nachos (nachos?) at Field House.

I decided to give the Kettle Chip Nachos a try. Normally, these bad boys are $14 (overpriced in my opinion for the Field House), but the 1/2 off app happy hour special made them worthy of a try. Besides the smoked gouda fondue, the other toppings were definitely slacking in quantity and/or quality. The beer braised short ribs were rather dry and lacked flavor. The kettle chips were a nice switch from the traditional tortilla chips and paired rather well with the cheese sauce.

Ultimately, I would suggest these only for happy hour because at $14 normally, these would not be worth it.
