These are the Layered Three Bean Nachos at the Cambridge. We got them with chicken, which was a mistake. Pretty sure they just chopped up the marinated chicken that they put on their chicken sandwich. It’s got a marinade that doesn’t fit the dish. Bad form, Cambridge.
They look really good, and they were good heavy chips that stood up to the toppings without getting soggy. Those toppings included Three Bean Chili, Cheddar, Fontina, Sharp Provolone, Salsa Verde, Pico de Gallo, Citrus Crema, and Pickled Jalapeño. These were the best things we ate at the Cambridge, which wasn’t as good as I remembered, although there is still a solid tap list. I had an Anderson Valley gose on a nice Friday afternoon with the windows open.
