Nachojawn and frequent dining companions El Dentista Loco and El Softbal Rey had tickets to the Gold Cup final Sunday night. Although the US team let us down, we were still fired up to see El Tri take on the Reggae Boyz at the Linc.
Before the game we headed over to Los Jimenez Mexican Cocin, a new joint opened by Justino Jimenez, who was formerly in the kitchens of Amis and Vetri.

These spicy white bean nachos are pretty unique, very light on the cheese and infused with chiles de arbol. Confirmed Nachojawn reader Craig LaBan notes the Italian influence on this dish. They were excellent.
